A couple of weeks ago I took the Xchallenge on a test ride up to Yaroslavl, with basically the same load plan as I'll take to Magadan. Here are a couple pictures of the bike:

In general, everything went fine, no major changes necessary, although the big fuel tank does not seem to be working correctly.
